KS3 Science Teacher – Secondary School (North Yorkshire Region)
Start Date: After Easter 2026 Contract: Until end of Summer Term (July 2026)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Secondary School within a well‑established Multi-Academy Trust (North Yorkshire)

Are you a passionate Science specialist looking for a rewarding teaching opportunity focused solely on Key Stage 3? We are working with a respected and well-established Multi-Academy Trust in the North Yorkshire region to recruit a dedicated KS3 Science Teacher for a position starting immediately after Easter and continuing through to the end of the summer term.
About the Role
  • Teach Key Stage 3 Science only – no KS4 commitments
  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3 level
  • Work within a supportive science department and wider MAT network
  • Flexible working options available – full-time or part-time to suit your commitments
  • Ideal for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs seeking focused KS3 experience
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified teacher of Science (QTS or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 Science curriculum
  • Someone who can inspire curiosity, confidence, and progress in younger learners
  • A positive, adaptable teacher committed to contributing to a thriving school community
  • Ability to start after Easter and remain in post until July
