Hays Education is working closely with a primary school in Coventry who are looking to appoint a Nursery Manager to start in September 2025. This school is close to the city centre and also has easily accessible public transport routes. This is an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school where children are enthusiastic and thrive in a happy learning environment.

Your new role

You will be required to deliver the EYFS curriculum and manage the provisions, daily set-up of the classroom, administrative tasks and admissions. You will provide management of the staff whilst liaising with the EYFS Leader. You will contribute to training, staff meetings, assist unqualified staff, liaise with parents/carers and external agencies. You will ensure that children are kept safe at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

You MUST have a Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Early Years. You MUST also have experience of managing a nursery, whether this be a private day nursery or a school-based nursery. You will be dedicated, a team player, work on your own initiative and, above all, have a willingness to help children learn and grow in their early education.
